This spring, we are proud to introduce a specialized Salon designed for Emerging Leaders (mid-20s to late 30s). This stage of life represents a critical threshold for building the foundational character and a conversational life that carry the weight of a maturing career. This Salon is for the leader who senses that their professional life is an ongoing, courageous conversation with the world. By exploring the Seven Elements of Conversational Leadership, we seek to establish a bedrock of presence and purpose, ensuring the ground you inhabit now is firm enough to support the great heights and deep responsibilities of your future vocational journey.
To foster true intimacy and depth, this experience is limited to a small cohort of up to 14 participants. Through eight sessions of experiential inquiry, we move beyond leadership as a series of tasks and toward leadership as an embodied art form. Between our scheduled calls, the journey continues through an ongoing exploration of how the Seven Elements are surfacing in the moments of your daily life. This is an invitation to forge a path that is as resilient as it is authentic, deeply rooted in the practical realities of your organization while remaining open to the visionary possibilities of your career.
