We invite you to join us for a lively online Conversational Leadership experience
In eight facilitated sessions, you will grow your understanding of the Seven Elements of Conversational Leadership and their application in your work and everyday life.

Explore Conversational Leadership with a small group of peers
This fall we’ll offer an updated and specially customized program for Organizational Leaders in supervisory positions who are responsible for a team of people at any level in an organization. Most of our lives are spent in the context of work, mediated by the conversations we are having (or not having). Shifting the types and quality of these conversations helps us redefine our leadership to better express our intentions, values, and outcomes.
This program series will bring together 16-20 organizational leaders to explore the Seven Elements in the context of their leadership roles in their teams, orienting toward generating conversations that call on deeper dimensions of the team and your leadership to enhance performance and connection.
Each week in an hour and forty-five minutes, co-facilitated by two Invitas Faculty in current/former C-Suite roles, the session will cover at least one of the elements in an engaging and embodied workshop. Participants will have the opportunity to work with each other in small groups during the session to explore and apply the Seven Elements in practical ways to their leadership challenges. In addition, at two critical junctures during the series, participants will have 1/1 Coaching Calls with one of the Faculty to customize, celebrate, and deepen your work.
This program does not require any previous experience with Invitas, but is limited to those Organizational Leaders in supervisory positions responsible for a team of people within an organization. This does not include those leaders, coaches, or consultants that currently work outside of a supervisory span of control in one-on-one situations with individuals or teams; please check our events page for the Introductory Salon offerings instead.

*Please note that we have designed the schedule to not have group sessions on Sept 29 and Nov 3, so that the faculty can instead set up individual coaching calls with each participant sometime that week.
