Deepen your practice of Conversational Leadership with a small group of peers

This Salon is designed for leaders and individuals who want to integrate conversational leadership into their daily personal and vocational lives.

This is a working group for those serious about deepening their engagement with the world through the Invitas framework. We will explore how the Seven Elements function not just in theory, but in the complex, collective challenges of organizations and communities.

About your faculty and guide:

Integrating twenty years of executive leadership with the Seven Elements of Invitas, Myron Lowe facilitates high-trust containers for group learning. He utilizes his deep background in complex adaptive systems and educational psychology to turn the Invitas framework into a lived practice of wise action and collective transformation.

 

The Details:

  • Duration: Eight sessions, meeting every other week.
  • Group Size: Limited to 12 participants to ensure high-level engagement.
  • Individual Support: Two 45-minute private coaching sessions with Myron Lowe to support the direct application of the elements to your specific professional context.
  • Cost: $1,495 USD

Prerequisite: an Invitas Salon, the Foundations of Conversational Leadership program, or the 2021 Alone & Together online program.
