An immersive Invitas experience
Invitas is a project that David Whyte started in 2009 with several colleagues to restore the primacy of conversation in organizational life. Oriented around Seven Elements to deepen any conversation, this work is focused on leaders of all types who want to improve the depth and meaningfulness of discussions and dialogue.
In this session, Invitas faculty Michelle Latvala and Jonathan Gundlach will introduce the Seven Elements and work with the themes David has explored during the weekend. Through brief presentations, small and whole group conversation, we will explore and integrate the inspirational journey David has taken us on over the last few days to help us apply those insights directly into our lives and interactions with others. Join us to learn more about Invitas, the Seven Elements and how they can deepen any conversation in our collective lives.
Attendance at David Whyte’s Asilomar weekend is recommended but not required.
The program begins at 2pm on Sunday, March 1st and ends at noon on Monday, March 2nd.
There will be an afternoon and evening session on Sunday, and a morning session on Monday.
Program cost: $295, early bird rate through January 15th, 2026.
