Tawney Hughes
Tawney works at the intersection of the corporate world and embodied expression, exploring the dance between her work in the tech industry where she leads Internal Coaching & Mentoring for Google, and as a community organizer, teacher, and founder of Ritual Yoga, in Missoula, Montana. Tawney believes true leadership is the threshold where we meet ourselves and the world, with honesty, courage, and presence.
Since 2014, Tawney has helped shape the culture at Google, having coached and facilitated programs for over 20,000 employees across five continents. Whether she is designing leadership programs for global startups or facilitating a community ceremony at Ritual, her mission remains the same: to help individuals and organizations find their authenticity by listening to the inner compass that points toward connection - with ourselves, each other, and the wild voices of nature.
