We invite you to join us for a lively online Conversational Leadership experience
In eight facilitated sessions, you will grow your understanding of the Seven Elements of Conversational Leadership and their application in your work and everyday life.

Explore Conversational Leadership with a small group of peers
Introductory Salons are gatherings of up to 14 people interested in learning more about the Seven Elements of Conversational Leadership. Salons are comprised of eight sessions held virtually and facilitated by one or two of the Invitas Faculty. The intent of the Salons is to give participants a vibrant and meaningful connection to each of the elements and to foster the application of the elements in ones’ personal or vocational life.
In an hour and forty-five minutes, each session will cover one of the elements in an engaging, experiential way. Small group and pairs exercises, whole group conversation and an overview of each element by the facilitator will happen in each session. There are light assignments and conversation partner sessions in between the scheduled meetings.

What is the difference between Salons and the Foundations program?
