Meet our team
Conversational Leadership grew out of David Whyte’s decades of work in organizations. It has evolved through conversation with others and applications within institutions and organizations. Many people have helped shape the work and we’re delighted to introduce you to some of them.
Invitas faculty and coaches embody the work of Conversational Leadership. They have studied and practiced with the Seven Elements for years, and bring their own unique articulation and evolution to the work; enlivening it through ongoing, intimate engagement.
